My stay at the hotel was a rollercoaster of experiences. While the staff really stood out for their warmth and helpfulness, the room left much to be desired with its outdated decor and cleanliness issues. The location was a definite plus since it was close to the Salcedo Saturday Market, but the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. If service and location are priorities for you, it might be worth considering, but just be ready for some imperfections.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from many shops and restaurants, and the staff truly made me feel at home. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for the kids to play.
